Franklin Barbecue, Austin Texas. This is the best food I have ever eaten. The brisket is perfect. Franklin Barbecue has one location and is run by Aaron and Stacy Franklin. They open at 11:00 and the line forms at 8:00 AM. They close when they run out of food, usually around 1:00 PM. It is well worth the wait. It is well worth the drive from Toronto. Eating this barbecue, I had the realization that this is what brisket is supposed to taste like. Nothing else tasted like this. Wonderful.
